On the 29th November around 100 key stakeholders of the Collector Wind Farm Project came together for the official opening of the wind farm. The wind farm was officially opened by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation CEO Ian Learnmonth, the Chief de’Affairs Sira Swangsilpa and the RATCH-Australia CEO Polagorn Kheosiplard.
