RATCH-Australia is 80 per cent owned by a major Thai power generation company, Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding PCL (“RATCH”) and 20 per cent owned by the ASX listed engineering services company Broadspectrum Limited. TW Power Services will continue to provide Operations and Maintenance to our 100% owned power generation assets.

Strong Growth Strategy

RATCH-Australia is committed to significantly expand its diversified asset portfolio in Australia with plans to invest in approximately $1 billion of power generation assets within the next five years. RATCH-Australia has as its primary focus to invest in long term contracted assets with highly creditworthy counterparties.
