	Steve was appointed Director of RATCH-Australia in October 2010. He is currently Transfield Services’ Chief Executive Marketing and Investments. He was Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund’s Chief Executive Officer since listing in April 2007 until October 2010. Prior to joining Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund, Steve was Chief Strategy Officer for Transfield Services, where he successfully expanded its skill base and geographic presence through acquisitions and new work. Steve has more than 22 years experience in business development, project management and executive roles. His former roles include Chief Executive Officer of Transfield Construction and Yarra Trams. In 2010, Steve became a Director of the Clean Energy Council and the Australian Centre for Renewable Energy.
